Kisses already spent are not refundable. You can ask for a refund of Kisses you bought and have not spent; we decide each request, and always refund where the law requires it.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not refunded pro rata.

A call is charged on the time it ran, and any part you paid for but did not use is returned to your wallet.

Paid content is not refundable once unlocked, unless it is unavailable or not as described.
