By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Crekiss.

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to view adult content where you live. We may ask you to verify your age, and some content and features stay closed until you do.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has reached them.

One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred.

Kisses are the platform currency. They pay for content and features inside Crekiss, and they hold no value anywhere else.

Kisses are not redeemable for cash. Purchases are final except as the refund policy or your local law provides.

If you dispute or reverse a payment, we may take back what it paid for, including Kisses, and limit your account while the dispute is open.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If the price changes, we tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and that period is not refunded.

Creators keep ownership of what they publish. Publishing on Crekiss grants us the licence we need to host, stream, and show that content to the fans entitled to see it.

Every person appearing in a Creator’s content must be an adult who consented to its creation and its distribution.

Do not post anything unlawful. Do not post anyone who has not consented. Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute what a Creator publishes here.

Do not harass anyone, impersonate anyone, or try to move a paid relationship off the platform to avoid paying for it.

Crekiss changes over time. We may add, change, or remove features and prices.

We may limit, suspend, or close an account that breaches these terms, that we cannot verify, or where a payment provider or the law requires it.

You can close your account at any time from Settings. Kisses still in your wallet cannot be used after closure: if you want to ask for a refund of unspent Kisses, contact support before you close it.

Crekiss is provided as it is. We do not promise a stream will never drop or that a Creator will keep publishing.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We may change these terms. We tell you about material changes, by email or in the app, before they take effect, and continuing to use Crekiss after that date accepts them.
