§2257 record-keeping statement

Última actualización: 28 oct 2026

What a Creator confirms, and which records they agree to keep, for any sexually explicit content they publish on Crekiss.

Scope of this statement

This statement records your compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its record-keeping requirements for sexually explicit content. Every Creator accepts it before publishing.

Age and identity records

You confirm that every person appearing in content you publish was at least 18 years old at the time of production.

You hold a government-issued identity document for each of them, showing a legal name and a date of birth, and you can match each document to the content the person appears in.

Keeping and producing records

You keep those records for as long as the law requires, and you produce them to Crekiss or to a competent authority on request.

We may suspend your account where a record cannot be produced, and remove content whose records are missing while the question is resolved.

Records custodian

You remain the records custodian for your own content. Crekiss hosts and distributes what you publish; it does not take custody of your § 2257 records or keep them on your behalf.

Marking adult content

You mark adult content as adult when you publish it. Adult content may be age-gated, and viewers may have to verify their age before they can see it.

Changes

We may update this statement. When it changes materially we ask you to accept the new version. The date at the top of this page shows the version you are reading.
