DMCA copyright notice

Última actualización: 28 oct 2026

How copyright owners can ask us to remove content that infringes their work, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Sending a notice

Send our designated agent, at support@crekiss.com, a written notice that identifies the work, the content you want removed and where it is on Crekiss, with your contact details and signature.

Statements to include

A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

What we do

We remove or disable access to the content and tell the person who posted it.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We forward it to the complainant and may restore the content unless they tell us they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
