We record what you do on the platform, such as the lives you watch, the posts you unlock, the Kisses you send, and the conversations you have, because the product cannot work without it. We also collect technical data, such as your device, browser, and approximate location, to run the service, keep it secure, and meet legal requirements that depend on where you are.

Your data runs the product. It signs you in, keeps your wallet balance correct, delivers your messages, and shows you Creators you are likely to enjoy.

It also keeps the platform safe and lawful. Age and identity verification, payment fraud checks, and content moderation all depend on it.

We share data with the providers that help us run Crekiss, such as identity and age verification, payments, video streaming, sign-in providers you choose to use, and error monitoring. Each receives only what its job requires.

We also share data when the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your profile and your content, except what we must keep.

Some records outlive the account because the law requires it or to resolve disputes, such as payment and verification records.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct anything wrong in it, or have it erased. You can object to processing and withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on.

Crekiss is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we find belong to a minor.
